The terms "I", "me" and "myself" refer to Synergy, the owner of the Synergetic store and website and the Synergy youtube channel. Please, review the Terms carefully as they apply to all of my services and users of my youtube channel and this website, as well as anyone who purchases any type of service. By using or purchasing my services, you are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions.

If you are not in agreement to these terms, you are not authorized to purchase my services or products.

 

ABOUT SYNERGY AND SYNERGETIC ​

Synergy, also known as Cee, is a subliminal maker that has been in the community since June 2017. 

All subliminals made by Synergy and the Synergy Team are detailed and built with the utmost love and care. We dedicate a bunch of hard work and time in all the subliminals we do and in all the subliminals requested and bought.

The Synergetic store is an online store ran by Synergy. The goal of this store is to sell subliminal and manifestation related services and products. The main product you will find are subliminal audios for sale. 

These subliminals are mainly paid custom subliminal requests sold at a lower price than what they originally costed to be able to provide a low cost option to those who want to request subliminals from me, but might not have enough money to make their exact request come true and might find something similar in the ones preset i my store. There are some subliminals made purposefully to be sold on this store.

All services and transactions made are completely confidential and the client's identity and personal details will never be shared with anyone without the client’s permission or requirement by law.

I have the right to decline giving a reading or a subliminal that violates my personal ethics.

I am allowed to sell all the subliminal requests created by me or my team on this website, unless they include personal names, dates or the requester explicitly asks for the version of the subliminal made for them to not

not be sold. Synergy holds the right to update and adapt these subliminals mentioned previously and reuse the benefits given by the requester, as well as all the affirmations originally used, to make different versions of the original custom subliminal.

Synergy is allowed to sell all the subliminals on this website as they were made by me or by my team. 

All subliminals made by Synergy and the Synergy Team is Synergy's intellectual property and all the affirmations and formulas used in subliminals belong fully to Synergy.

In case your subliminal request is mistakenly posted on this website for sale without any alteration or adaption after you explicitly requested it not to be, please respectfully email misscsubs@gmail.com asking for it to be taken down. We will remove it as soon as we see your email.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND POLICY

Synergetic has a no refund policy. 

No service or product is eligible for refund after being paid for. All sales are final. 

 

No refunds will be issued if you do not like your service/subliminal for any reason or if you find it not accurate/not effective on you.

No cancellations of coaching services are allowed, although rescheduling until 24 hours before the original date is allowed. If it passes these 24 hours, your session will be marked as an absence and, therefore, not illegible for a refund. 

 

I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

 

PRICES

Prices for my services and products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, the prices on my website are in euros.

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through my website.
